Open morning at British School of Geneva
Join us for our Open morning for preospective families to join us and learn about our school from Early Years to A Level College. This event allows you to meet BSG’s academic team, explore the campus as part of a guided tour which includes our classrooms, labs and outdoor facilities. You will hear from our students who will share their experiences about school life at BSG and families will have the opportunity to ask questions. We warmly welcome all prospective parents and children to our Open Morning.

Non-English mother-tongue students are welcome provided their level of English allows them to follow the curriculum effectively – we are a school for children of the world. Detailed entrance requirements by programme are available through consultation with the Director of Admissions.
We are happy to welcome you to BSG at any time! To successfully enrol, we’ll help you submit the following documents:
Emergency and Health Questionnaire.
Proof of payment of the registration fee (950.-CHF) and one-off Capital Development Fee (3,000 CHF)).
Are you already attending a school? Then, we will also need a recent report from your current institution!
Our goal is to give your child the best support possible. We continuously look for learning opportunities and gather data and evidence to support personalised learning journeys, ensuring every child has the support to reach beyond their potential. At BSG, we make comprehensive use of GL Assessments for students from Year 3 to Year 13. These assessments help us understand your child's strengths and the areas where they can grow. We also access:
New Group Reading Test (NGRT): This assessment measures reading and comprehension skills, helping us identify your child’s reading level and areas for improvement.
Lucid Exact (LUCID): This tool screens for dyslexia and other specific learning difficulties, ensuring we provide the right support for students with additional learning needs.
Progress Test Series (PT): These tests assess English, Maths, and Science knowledge, allowing us to monitor academic progress and identify areas where additional support might be needed.
By gathering real time evidence and using data from these assessments, we tailor our approach to meet the wonderfully unique needs of every student, ensuring they receive the personalised support they need to succeed.

This is why we accept applications at any time throughout the year, without the worry of missing out or falling behind.
